Bangor-on-Dee Village Hall

Built in 1748 as the original school and extended in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, its interior has undergone a major transformation since 2008, including the recent fitting of new flooring. Its primary function is to provide a modern amenity for use by the residents of Bangor-on-Dee. It is owned by the residents of the village and run on their behalf by a Management Committee.

Current regular activities include, amongst others : Art Group, Slimming World, Young Wives,  Bangor on Dee Sports Field Association, Zumba and The Scouts.

A well equipped kitchen with dual-fuel cooker, fridge, hot water drinks dispenser, microwave oven, large kettles and a stock of crockery and cutlery.
A corner stage with spotlighting including colour variation
A Sound System including microphone, CD playback and soundtrack reproduction, with a built in hearing loop.

Digital Projector and Screen for DVD playback and laptop based presentations
On-site parking for up to 16 cars, including 1 for a disabled driver
A Premises licence for sale of alcohol, live and recorded music, film shows, etc
The Hall comprises one Main Room which can be converted into two Meeting Rooms by means of motorised, lightweight and sound-proofed sliding screens.
